Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You'll also need your original invoice.

To start a return, contact us at info@divasrhinestones.com or submit a request directly through your order page. Once accepted, we'll send you a return reference number to include with your parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return, or with clear signs of wear, will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges If you require an exchange, let us know what you'd like so we can have it ready as soon as your return arrives. For a faster turnaround, we recommend returning your item and making a separate purchase — new orders ship the next working day once the return is accepted.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous written statement of your decision to withdraw — by email at info@divasrhinestones.com or via your order page. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawals are at the customer's expense and must be arranged by the customer.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@divasrhinestones.com.
